Peter is an organization development consultant and executive coach. He is also a Coach Fellow of Harvard McLean Hospital’s Institute of Coaching and currently conducting research to better understand how to support physician adult development, meaning-making, and leadership capacity. As an organization development consultant, he coaches, designs and trains teams and organizations to nurture human flourishing and mastery.

Brad is a Certified Physician Development Coach from the Physician Coaching Institute and Certified Immunity to Change consultant. He provides value with a unique blend of “hard” and “soft” skills, using evidence-tested coaching techniques and a relational-psychology background to methodically empower executives and physicians toward higher levels of adult development. His goal is to empower his clients with the structures and the tools to thrive in complex environments.

Leslie Kahl, MD, CPDC
Physician Advisor & Coach
Leslie is a physician with a particular interest in helping others grow. As Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives at Oregon Health & Science University, she co-founded the Educators’ Collaborative, a grass-roots community of practice designed to facilitate networking, mentoring, and sharing of best practices between educators. During her 18 years serving as Associate Dean for Student Affairs at Washington University at St Louis School of Medicine, she mentored, advised, and coached thousands of M.D. students. She is frequently sought out by other physicians and physician leaders for mentoring and advice on career-related matters.

Whole Health Coach
Teddy is a Professional Certified Coach and Whole Health Educator (WHE). Her training is through the National Institute of Whole Health (NIWH). With a masters degree in education, Teddy brings a diverse depth of experience to her work. In combination with her private practice, Partnership-Works, Teddy helped launch Mindful Medicine, a growing non-profit. Along with being their Retreat Coordinator, she facilitated their Community Practice Groups for healthcare providers for 6 years. She is passionate about working with physicians, for reducing stress, burnout and enhancing resiliency.
